Everything drivers usually ask before applying.

What do I need to drive for ONE Express?
You need a valid CDL-A and at least 2 years of OTR driving experience. We check your record — no more than 3 moving violations and no more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years. No DUI. No SAP.
Do you accept SAP drivers?
No. ONE Express does not accept SAP drivers under any circumstances. This is a firm policy with no exceptions.
Do you accept drivers with a DUI?
No. For safety, insurance, and company standards, we cannot accept drivers with a DUI conviction, regardless of experience.
How much can I earn?
We pay $0.75 per mile — all miles paid, loaded and empty. On top of that, you earn $50 for each additional stop. Zero escrow means nothing is held back from your pay.
When and how do I get paid?
This is a 1099 position. Payment details are covered during the application process.
How much home time do I get?
3 weeks out, 5 days home. We stick to this schedule — when we say you're going home, you're going home.
What trucks will I be driving?
You'll drive well-maintained trucks from our fleet. More details about specific models and equipment are provided during the hiring process.
What does "zero escrow" mean?
It means we don't hold any of your money back. Some companies take a portion of your pay and hold it in escrow — we don't. What you earn is what you get.
